The Planning Team for the annual Freedom Fest community celebration met last month to begin work on preparing for the 2020 event. This annual event is a collaboration effort among several community groups that host food stands, kids activities, entertainment, street dance and the fireworks. The Pine City Chamber serves as the promotional partner for this event, bringing the groups together to share their ideas and coordinating the fundraising for the annual fireworks display.
Fireworks Sponsorships Available
Letters were sent out to last year’s fireworks sponsors along with pledge cards. The Chamber requests contributions annually to cover the cost of fireworks, money scramble, and advertising expenses. If you’d like more information on becoming a sponsor – contact Becky at 320.322.4040.
Entertainment and Activity Partners Wanted
Each year we invite new partner groups to consider joining our event. We have traditionally hosted this event with minimal cost to those attending, so free or low cost events are encouraged. Contact the Chamber to share your ideas and we can work with you to find the best way to partner in this event.
