This weekend is the next “Tasting Weekend” hosted by the Pine City Farmers’ Market. Stop by on Friday or Saturday from 11am – 1pm for a special treat. They will be giving samples of recipes from the 2018 cookbook using produce from the market.
Featured this weekend:
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad which is easy and great for pot lucks.
- Cowboy Butter -filled with fresh herbs and spices – great for dipping chicken and meats. Serving on cornbread.
- Blueberry Peach Pies made in Mason Lids – Fun little desserts
Plus a demo, using two types of spiralizers, to make zoodles – great for cutting down on carbs.
